Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was great and quite fast. I was kept informed the whole way. I got to meet with several sales leaders who gave me really clear and helpful information about the job, the team, and the company. I'm really glad I joined Hibob!

Behavioral Technical

A recruiting agency hit me up on LinkedIn. I had a phone screen with someone on the SDR team. Then I went on-site but no room was booked for my interview. I met with the SDR Manager. I felt it went well. I waited for 15 minutes for the next interviewer. I saw the team figuring out who was going to interview me next as if there was no plan. Met with a female VP who wasn't in sales and wasn't involved in SDR's day to day. I was a bit confused. Weeks went by and my recruiter wasn't hearing back from them either. She even said 'we're so close to not working with them again'. Lots of red flags in my short time interacting with the company, which matched the reviews. A 4-week process that could have been done in a day.

Behavioral Other

It began with a recruiter call, followed by a prospecting and outreach assignment. I invested significant effort into preparing for this assignment, which was challenging due to my work and other commitments. Unfortunately, the second interview didn't go well, and I received a generic rejection email instead of constructive feedback. This was disappointing, especially for a company that emphasizes its people and culture.
