The interview process was well organized and I received feedback promptly. Everyone I met was very friendly, which really highlighted the company's positive culture. I was given clear information about the case study and what to expect next.

I applied online and got invited to an HR call. I did the call, which was okay, although I'm not sure the HR person was very engaged. A week or so later, I got rejected. The rejection itself was fine, but at the end of the call, I asked if I could get some brief feedback if I was unsuccessful, and I was told that wouldn't be a problem. When the automated rejection email came, there was no feedback, and my reply to the email went unanswered. It's disappointing that a company that makes HR software, including hiring software, can't provide a decent interviewing experience, especially since one of their values is "Interact with transparency and openness." The job market is competitive right now, but if someone has taken 30 minutes out of their day for a call, I think the company can at least give them a few lines explaining why they might not be a good fit, or perhaps why they might be considered for future roles.

The recruitment process was really poor. I was asked about my salary expectations in the initial phone screening. When they realized it was higher than their budget, they said they'd get back to me after checking with the hiring team. This check took about 10 minutes, but then in the *final* interview, they asked me the same question again. They then told me my expectations were too high and mumbled something about the market, which was confusing and unprofessional. The interview process wasn't structured as they initially said it would be. Even after the final interview and giving them my references' contacts, they scheduled another interview with a different department, which seemed to be happening at the same time as contacting my references. They also didn't contact my references as promised, only texting me about delays and internal discussions every few days. I eventually withdrew my application because I wasn't interested in working for an HR company that acts this way. It was a frustrating experience.
