So I applied and a month later, I got this super short email with a link for a video interview. It didn't give much info, but the link had instructions on how to record, calling it a "test." I wasn't sure if it was a skills test or what. It had 6 questions, 15 minutes to answer, and I could re-record if needed. A few days after that, they emailed to say I didn't make it, with no feedback. It felt really impersonal, honestly. They didn't even offer a chance to chat and ask questions about the job or company after I put in all that effort.

It usually starts with a chat with HR, then you talk to the hiring manager. After that, there's an assignment to see what you can do. Then you meet with a higher-up manager for a more in-depth chat, and finally, another HR meeting to wrap things up and talk about what's next.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted on Linkedin. There were 4 interviews total, one requiring a presentation and some prep beforehand. Two interviews were with the hiring manager, one with HR, and one with the director. The process was alright, but took a while. All my interviewers were late, though they did apologize. The HR interview seemed pointless as they mostly talked about themselves for 30 minutes, so we had to extend the call for me to ask my questions. The last interview with the director had some surprising and repetitive questions, especially since I had already completed 3 interviews. After spending over 5 hours, including the assessment prep and presentation, I had to follow up after not hearing anything for almost two weeks post-final interview, which was a letdown. It's fine not to get an offer, but it was disappointing to chase for a response after dedicating so much time. Hopefully, others won't have the same experience!
