The interview process was pretty standard, but gave me a good chance to talk to folks in different jobs. They had me do an in-person assessment and then an interview after that.

The initial recruiter screen took about half an hour. It was pretty simple, mostly focused on why I was interested in the role and if I seemed like a good fit, not really about technical stuff or specific skills. The vibe was a little low-energy, but maybe they were just having a busy day. It did its job as a first check, though.

It all took about 2 weeks. First, a recruiter screen. Then, an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a case study and cold call exercise with two managers. Finally, I interviewed with the Sales Director. They were always good about communicating and setting expectations.
