First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hialeah Hospital.
Registered Nurse
The interview process was easy and clear, very straightforward with no complications. Communication was easy, and HR was very helpful and nice. They answered all my questions, and there were no misunderstandings. The instructions were clear, and I heard back from them quickly.
- What was your motivation for pursuing a career in nursing?
Registered Nurse
I got called in and interviewed. Offer came within 7 days.
- Were there any specific questions asked during the interview, or was the process more about the expectation of being hired given the interview itself?
Registered Nurse
I had a pretty straightforward interview. It was with the director, a charge nurse, and a manager. The director asked me NCLEX-style questions, which seemed more appropriate for a new graduate. She knew what I applied for and mentioned training on night shifts and other things I wasn't interested in. The main thing they seemed to care about was if I spoke Spanish.
- The Director read NCLEX style questions from a paper.
