I interviewed with the VP and overall it was a great experience. I got the job offer at the end. The interviewer was really professional and nice, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

The interview process was pretty typical and very informative. The manager I spoke with was really friendly and clearly loved his job. He explained what the company does and what my role would be like. He then asked about my resume and pointed out my attributes that would be a good fit for the company. I was given chances to ask questions. It was professional but laid back. He took time to get to know me and let me ask about the job and company.
- What piqued your interest in applying to this company, given how different it is from your previous roles?

I applied online back in January. I had a phone interview on a Thursday with a Department Supervisor. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview with an Operations Manager. While I was there, I also completed a questionnaire, some basic skills testing, and interviewed with the HR Manager. Everyone I spoke with asked open-ended questions and was very personable and easy to talk to. I really understood the company and the role after talking with them. About four days later, I got an email offer with all the employment details, including the health package and everything else you'd want to know about the company, plus the start date. They told me the salary range and asked me to explain why I requested that rate. It was one of the best interview experiences I've ever had.
- Given what you know about the job and the company, how do your past experiences make you a good fit?
- Can you tell me about the most difficult setback you've faced?
- Looking back, do you think you could have handled that setback differently?
Claims Analyst
The supervisor was very laid back, which made the interview less nerve-wracking. She had a very bright and friendly personality and was very easy to talk to and open up to.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
