I interviewed with 22 people, and it was a 7-hour day. It was mostly behavioral, but you need to know real estate terms and the different parts of their business. It wasn't super hard, but it was a long day. Everyone was really nice and seemed to really care about whether I would fit in with their office and its culture.

I put in an online application back in October. Then, I reached out to some people I knew at the firm to help get my resume to the office I actually wanted to work at, which is not where my school is. This ended up with me having one Skype interview with two investment sales analysts. I heard this was a bit unusual and probably because my school is so far from the office I applied to. Overall, my interview experience was great. They were really easy to work with for scheduling and were upfront about the company culture and what the job is like day-to-day.

Went into their Dallas office to meet with one person and ended up meeting 6 different people. Followed up with another phone interview with someone else who wasnt in the office that day. Have been invited back for 2nd round in person interview and they seem to be aware that I am traveling on my own dime and are making the efforts to condense everything they need to do into one super day for me. Overall, really great people and everyone is helpful if you reach out to them.
