I saw the job posting on the business itself and then had a chat with the branch manager. During the interview, they asked about my availability and my past work experience and skills.

It was a positive interview, we had a general discussion about my past experience. They clarified the job responsibilities and also mentioned the training program for when I get onboard. The interview had two stages and I met with different levels of management.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a really unprofessional experience. There were three interviews in total. It started with an HR call, then a manager interview over Zoom where I was given an assignment, which I think I did well on (I made a webpage). The third interview was also with the manager to go over my assignment. The manager was over 20 minutes late for both of those interviews, so I had to call HR and reschedule, which was super unprofessional.

Behavioral Case Presentation

We started with a phone chat to go over my background and make sure my resume was clear. Then, I had a virtual meeting with some partners. They put me through some mock situations and asked me behavioral questions. It seemed like they wanted to see how I solve problems, how I communicate, and how I'd deal with actual work stuff. It felt like a good way to check if I could do the job and if I'd fit in.
