The interview process was good. It started with a screening, then there was a day of interviews with different people. It ended with a presentation to the team, followed by a Q&A. The team was really interested in checking my understanding of their product portfolio and if I had done my research.

It was a structured, professional, and friendly conversation. There was a high degree of appreciation. It wasn't a question-answer session, but a natural conversation at eye level. The further process was also communicated clearly. You don't experience that with all companies unfortunately. The questions were all standard questions that can be answered confidently with proper preparation.
