The recruitment process was super slow, and I rarely got any feedback after interviews. I had to follow up many times, but most messages were ignored. Because there wasn't much transparency, I ended up waiting for months before finding out I was rejected.

Behavioral Presentation

After being recommended by a client, I first spoke with a recruiter who was very interested in my qualifications. The hiring manager and I had two more conversations. In the third interview, he called me 'boss', which felt like a red flag. Then, a recruiter told me about a fourth interview: a 4-person panel where I'd present via PowerPoint. I was initially excited, but then learned the topic was 'how to create a needs-based sales program,' which felt insulting given my 15+ years of selling high-value software to C-level execs. It seemed they wanted free ideas rather than assessing my expertise. I still put together the presentation, but after two weeks of silence, I reached out to the recruiter and was told I was no longer in the running. I'd advise avoiding this company if you don't want to waste time in their interview process.

The recruiter, Christina, was great - very professional and kept me in the loop the whole time. I interviewed with the President and the Sales Enablement manager. It was a good conversation. They asked a lot about my past sales experience, especially enterprise. Even though I didn't get an offer, I really enjoyed the whole process and meeting everyone. I'd be happy to interview again someday.
