First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hexagon US Federal.
Program Manager
The interview process was very organized and an easy process to navigate. Their corporate/HR automation really helped with the on-boarding process. People are very respectful and I highly recommend this company.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Administrative Assistant
There were four other people in the conference room with me, and the whole thing went pretty smoothly. We asked each other questions and then answered them. When it was all done, we ended up just hanging out in the room for about 10 more minutes talking about random stuff.
- Can you explain the gap in your employment history?
Systems Consultant
There was just one interview to gauge your skills. Lots of questions. Finding the interview location was difficult, leading to many people getting lost and arriving late. Make sure you don't arrive late, but if you're a few minutes behind schedule, they won't mind.
- Could you explain boxing and unboxing?
