I went through 3 rounds of interviews, 2 technical and 1 HR chat. It was all done over Skype due to the pandemic. The process was manageable and I got an offer after the third round with the salary I asked for, so I quit my previous job. The drama started on my last day at my old job when HR called about my last day, which was fine. But 30 minutes later, HR called again saying my joining date was delayed because the recruiter was absent. Since I had already quit, I was okay with it and took a week off. They even sent an email confirming this. After 5 days, HR called again saying my laptop and other equipment were stuck in logistics, delaying my onboarding by another week. I asked for confirmation, and they said it would be fine. This happened for two more weeks until I realized I had been deceived. I stopped communicating with them and started interviewing again, getting a better offer from a more reputable company than Hexacorp. I'm sharing this so others don't fall victim to this company. If you have an offer from Hexacorp, think carefully before quitting your current job. Stay positive! Failing doesn't mean you're incapable. Key points: 1. I've seen posts on LinkedIn and Quora asking why people hold multiple offers from good companies. My experience might explain it. Some people aren't satisfied with the initial package and use offers to negotiate a better one. Others are undecided and having multiple offers allows them to choose the best option. 2. When working for a client, ensure you have a discussion about project allocation during or after the interview process before leaving your current job or starting a new one.

HR Round is equally important round as technical round, in fact, could be the deciding round as well.
