A recruiter connected with me on LinkedIn. We had a brief introductory call, and then they set up a Zoom interview. Following that, there was another Zoom interview which included a 15-minute presentation about the company's RESET program. The last step was an in-person interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation
This was a strenuous interviewing process. It started with a phone interview with the Regional manager, who would be your boss. Then, you had to take several personality, math, and vocabulary aptitude tests. If you passed those, you had an in-person interview with the same regional manager. After that, you had another phone interview with a trainer or higher-up and a presentation on the company’s RESET program, which you had a day to memorize and prepare for. Finally, there was a drug test. It stresses me out thinking about it again.

The interview process had a few steps starting with a phone interview and then multiple in-person interviews. It took a really long time and they barely communicated about where I was in the process. I think the lack of communication made it a stressful process and lots of applicants find other jobs while waiting.

It was pretty easy. Basic questions. The sales structure was changing as I was on-boarding so I'm sure the interviewing process is a little different now. Over all it was fine. I interviewed and ended up working for a great manager.
