Intern
The interview process involved a group discussion followed by a personal interview. It was a good experience, offering a chance to connect with the company's senior team. Candidates should be well-prepared for the specific role. The management team is approachable and has extensive experience within the company.
- Were you asked about management-related aspects of the role?
Intern
The interview process had 3 rounds. First was a written test with English, Apti, Quant, and LR. Then, there were core Mechanical questions. After that, a psychometric test which wasn't eliminating. If shortlisted (26/90), there was a Group Discussion with 8-9 people per group, and 3 were shortlisted from each. Finally, an Interview with some generic HR questions and then Technical questions from favorite subjects and other domains like Metrology, Material Science, ED, and Manufacturing processes.
- HR will ask about your interest in the role based on the Job Description.
Intern
There was a technical test on an online platform, which is a common test for both interns and job seekers. After that, there was a technical interview where they mostly asked about core subjects, especially manufacturing processes, and about my project. Lastly, there was an HR Interview.
