I applied through LinkedIn and got a reach out a few days later. The first step was a 30 min zoom call with a director to chat about my background and the company. Right after that, they sent over a take-home assessment which was to build a registration form for a mock website with front end components and a mock api. I sent that back after a couple days, then set up a call with a manager and another director to review the code and discuss my experience more deeply, which took a little under an hour. There was no white boarding at all. I got an offer a few days after that, and the whole thing took about two weeks.

The interview process during COVID19: First, a 15 min phone call with the recruiter. Then, a 30 min phone call with the hiring manager for an intro and conversation. After that, there was a 1 hr virtual zoom meeting with the hiring manager. This was followed by a 2 hour virtual zoom meeting with the hiring manager, which was technical. Lastly, a 1 hour virtual zoom meeting with a team member that was also technical.
