Sales
The response was quick and the process was straightforward for the Sales position. I noticed there's a lot of turnover at the property and frequent changes in management, which maybe I should have considered more before accepting.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- How would you adapt to working here since you're not from Nashville?
Cook
The interviewer had great communication, was very intuitive and informative about the hotel and the restaurant. They had a clever personality and were professional. The interview was straight forward but very clear, and they were a very good person.
- Can you tell me about your ambition and goals?
Server
The manager was late for my interview. They asked some odd questions and were a bit condescending. I figured I wouldn't get the job, and honestly, I didn't really want it due to the awkward atmosphere. Some questions were so strange I just gave up trying. But, they asked, "When can you start?" and then sent me for a drug test. They seemed surprised when I passed. Looking back, it feels like they'd hire anyone.
- Suppose you were the CEO of a company that was your entire life; who would you select for your leadership team?
Food Service Manager
I had 3 interviews. The process was normal.
- Do you plan to stay in the Nashville area?
