It was a really long and thorough interview process, included some written tests and a drug test. They seemed really invested in finding someone for the long haul, and with what I knew about people leaving, I figured they wanted someone they could control. But it turns out they just needed a temporary fix. I didn't even meet the manager I'd be reporting to until after everything was done.

This company has a good reputation with customers, and they should treat their prospective employees with the same respect. It's unethical to string people along just to gather information, and I suspect they've done this to many others. Expect a written test and some games. If you call them, your call will be screened. I got contacted after applying online. They were nice and asked some basic things, and then scheduled a personal interview. I got there a bit early but still had to wait past the scheduled time. The person I was supposed to meet popped in to say hi, but then passed me off to an assistant to do the interview. She just ran through a list of standard questions, took some notes, and seemed eager to finish for lunch. I sent a thank you note but never heard back. I tried calling a few times to check on things, but no one picked up or called me back.
