I had a virtual interview. It felt like I had to lead the conversation and ask the interviewer questions instead of them asking me. They said I didn't get the job, but they've posted the role again at least twice since then.

I met the recruiter at a job fair and then followed up with an email to the same person I had toured the plant with. After that, I was able to get an onsite interview. At the end of the interview, there were some questions.

The interview process was surprisingly straightforward and simple. They were accommodating when it came to scheduling interviews. The team seemed friendly. However, I'm not sure the role is the right fit for me as it requires technical skills that would need training, which I'm not interested in pursuing.

First, they usually have you do a phone interview that takes about 20 minutes. They'll ask general questions about why you think you're a good fit for the job, your salary expectations, what shift you'd like, etc. After the phone interview, they'll have you come in for an in-person interview. It's a bit more in-depth but basically the same questions and lasts around 30 minutes.

  • What are your salary expectations for this position?
