Administrator
The recruiters were really nice and got back to me quickly with updates and told me what was next. It started with a recruiter call, then a first interview, and then another interview. Once they decided to offer me the job and I accepted, they still needed to do a background check and screening.
- Can you share your past experience?
Registered Nurse
The interview was smooth, laid back, and professional. The Director of Nursing was informative and open about the difficulties the facility was facing and how a day-to-day position would look. She also discussed their strategies for managing COVID-19 and protecting residents and staff.
- Can you share an instance where teamwork was beneficial on the unit?
Customer Service Representative
The whole hiring thing took about three weeks. First, there was a phone chat, and then about a week later, I went in for an in-person meeting. The interview felt pretty relaxed and friendly, and it lasted about 30 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What is your level of computer literacy?
Pharmacist
Had a panel interview with the whole pharmacy team. It was pretty laid back. They mostly asked about my past job details. It would have been helpful to know it was a panel beforehand.
- Can you tell me about your duties in your last job at X company?
