There were some interview rounds, but then they just ghosted me. I had to reach out to them to find out I didn't get the job, which was super rude and unprofessional. They were also sketchy about the Project 2025 stuff, so honestly, maybe it's good I didn't get it, as I wasn't sure I'd even want it on my resume.

We started with some basic questions about my experience and education, then talked about where I see myself in five years. References and contacts were discussed. We also went over the available jobs in the surrounding areas, including specifics on responsibilities and expectations. They also asked about my willingness to be flexible and adjustable in different company situations.

The interview process isn't fixed and depends on your supervisor. They might decide to interview you multiple times or just once. In my case, I had two interviews: first with my direct supervisor, and then with the Membership Associate. The whole experience felt pretty relaxed, and the person interviewing me was really engaging.

  • What are your career aspirations for the future?
