Went through two separate interviews. They look highly on openness and a positive attitude. Was given an offer same day in second interview by senior management. Was given group tour of the building. Given an offer in the second interview. Process very easy going.

I was called to interview because my resume was found on Monster.Com. I went in for an interview and they made me an offer on the spot. I was ready to accept because it seemed like a great company, but then they told me about the pay and benefits. The pay was only 6 cents more than I was making, and they offered fewer vacation days. They wouldn't budge on the 5 vacation days offered compared to the 15 I currently get. I found it pretty funny, and so did the interviewer when he asked about my current vacation days. Unfortunately, I had to decline the offer, but I did send a thank you note anyway. LOL

It was a really chill one-on-one chat. The person interviewing me was super nice and easy to get along with. I heard back about the job in just a couple of days and started pretty quickly after that.
