X-ray Tech Instructor
The interview process involved three interviews. During the final interview with the director, I was informed that my references would be contacted and an offer would be extended. However, I never received a callback. Despite multiple calls and voicemails expressing my continued interest, and even an email, I received no response. My references also confirmed they were never contacted. This experience was very unprofessional, especially considering the travel required from Dayton to the Columbus campus multiple times. I was planning to relocate if offered the position, but it all amounted to wasted time and resources.

Admissions Associate
I applied online and then got contacted for an interview. I got there 30 minutes early and had to fill out an application. After I finished that, I waited another 30 minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then, when I was finally called back, they brought another person with me. The manager interviewed both of us together, even though it wasn't supposed to be a group interview. It felt really unprofessional to me.
- What would you do if you were on a tour and overheard a student speaking negatively about an instructor?
Director of Career Services
I met with the Campus President, and we had a good conversation. Then, a Regional Director called me to talk more. But, she never called me back. I reached out to the Campus President again, and he mentioned the Regional Director was ill and would return my call by the week's end. However, neither the Regional Director nor the Campus President followed up. I was never informed if the position was filled, which felt unprofessional.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Fitness Training Instructor
The interview was in a classroom with staff watching. I had to do a mock presentation to show my teaching skills. The follow-up was slow, and I didn't hear back for about 3 months. Eventually, I got the job. The interview was a group/panel with the career services manager, director of education, and lead instructor.
- Can you tell me about your previous employment?
- Could you describe your experience in teaching?
