My initial contact was through a call, where they asked me to take some psychometric tests. I had an interview with HR and then an interview with the Brand Manager with an in-person exam.

The interview was very structured. The Manager conducted it via Meeting and it lasted about 40 minutes. They reviewed my CV profile, discussed my likes, family, work experience, and reasons for leaving previous jobs. They asked specific questions based on what I was saying, and the interview was structured around that.
