It was a discussion without any particularly specific questions. At the same time, I was given a comprehensive description of the job, including expectations and objectives.

It involved a phone call and an in-person meeting. The process was quite friendly and very detailed. They asked a lot of questions and really looked for good examples. They were fair with their questions and expected sensible answers. If it seemed like a reasonable fit, then there was an online test for personality and skills.
