Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter prescreened me, and it was appreciated that she had already done her homework reviewing my resume. The in-person interview was the best ever. I wasn't asked a list of "interview" questions, we had a conversation, discussed strengths and areas of interest, and goals both personal and professional.

The interview was pretty straightforward and didn't take long. It wasn't a panel interview, just a direct conversation. The manager looked at my resume and then focused on having me talk more about my past work experiences, my ability to work in a team, and generally how I collaborate with people.

After applying, I had an hour-long phone call discussing the role, and then scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. The in-person interview was a one-on-one discussion about the job and daily responsibilities. The description of the work felt a little intense, but I think that was to filter out people who couldn't handle it. Overall, it was a very relaxed interview.

The interview was in person and lasted about 30 minutes. It followed a recruiter phone screen and then the recruiter set up the interview. Standard questions were asked. I did not accept the offer, which came a few days after the interview.
