Started with a good recruiter call where they explained the process and gave feedback. However, the day before the second round, there were layoffs that affected my referral, and I had to ask if my interview was impacted, which they said it wasn't. The second round was with an Operations Director who seemed to lack experience in the field, judging by their questions and answers. It felt like the role was just to agree with leadership, which subsequent reviews seem to confirm. Glad I didn't proceed.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a take-home assignment to compose a test framework. Although stated to take about 2 hours, the task demanded significantly more effort and time to meet the deadline, especially given the lack of additional information provided for the questions that arose. After submitting the work, the company declined the candidacy a few days later with a brief, uninformative message, offering no feedback or explanation. This experience highlighted a lack of professionalism, poor feedback mechanisms, disrespect for candidate time, and general disregard. This startup appears to have significant production process issues.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was pretty good overall. It kicked off with a nice chat with a recruiter, then I had a take-home technical task that we went over live. Following that, there was a culture interview, and then a final abstract thought interview. All the parts of the interview were mostly easy and straightforward with really nice people. However, that last interview was probably the most awkward interview I've ever had. They gave me a prompt that was totally abstract and had nothing to do with their business or the role, asking me to design something. They initially called it a fun design interview, but having 6 people on a call silently watching me, and not making it clear what they were looking for, made it super stressful, uncomfortable, and weird. Apart from that last one, the process was mostly very positive, but if you get that interview, good luck!

Behavioral Technical Case Other

The interview process started with a recruiter call to confirm I was eligible, discuss my availability, the job duties, pay, and what to expect in the interviews. The very next day, I had a panel interview with two managers, one of whom was an RN. They asked me about clinical situations and why I wanted to work there. The last interview was more of a 'fit' interview with a CSR manager, where they asked a lot of personality questions and some general customer service scenarios. It all went really well, and I got an offer email the next day. They have great benefits and pay!
