I had one interview round with the co-director of a team. It lasted about an hour. The interview questions covered analyzing international security as well as my personal experiences. For this, I read reports and comments released within the last three years, which was really helpful.

After an initial phone screening, I had interviews with program staff and also with the President and Vice President. It was a friendly and interesting process. Even though I didn't get the job, it was nice to meet everyone and find out about their work.
