It was a good interview but they need some employees with good experience who can work right away without training. To work there you have to be experienced and a hard worker. You will meet with the manager of the department then one of your team and go around the plant.

There were 2 people in the interview, a recruiter and someone in charge of the function. The interview lasted about an hour. The atmosphere was unpleasant, especially the recruiter's behavior, which was disrespectful. It felt more like checking off questions rather than a conversation, and the questions weren't even properly phrased. For example, instead of asking 'Do you have any questions for the company or the position?', they said 'You ask us.'
