The interview process started with some tests, then a video interview, and finally an Assessment Centre in March. The video interview was pretty straightforward, focusing on competency and motivation. The Assessment Centre involved an interview, a presentation, a written task, and a group exercise. It was all quite standard and not too challenging, and everyone involved was very friendly. However, I should mention that the group task instructions weren't very clear; we were supposed to try and sell a given product, but most groups ended up collaborating to choose products instead.

After passing the application review, I was invited to a video interview. Unfortunately, due to some technical email issues and regional restrictions, the invitation didn't show up in my inbox right away. This meant I ended up taking the video interview more than 5 days after the suggested time. To take the interview, I had to register through a link provided in the email. The process was pretty straightforward, using a platform called Sonru, which also offered a practice option. However, I felt I didn't prepare adequately, and I struggled with keeping my answers within the given time limits. So, my advice would be to keep your answers concise and to the point, avoiding overly long responses.

Wow, Henderson Global Investor's office is impressive! This interview was actually one of the nicest I've had, but it wasn't a walk in the park. You really need to do your homework. 'Nice' because the two people interviewing me were super welcoming and friendly. If you're like me, a people person, you'll probably feel right at home here. They asked a mix of questions, but here are some pointers: - Make sure you know the company inside out - that's basic. - Be ready to talk through your CV. I was asked to do that. - How do you handle difficult people? - What are your strengths and weaknesses? - What would your friends say about you? Basically, research the company and get prepared. Look up common interview questions online. They aren't trying to trick you, so if you don't know something, just say so. Don't make stuff up. Being honest is important! Good luck!

So after doing the usual online tests, I got to do a video interview. The first few questions were about the company and pretty much the same. (Like, "Why us?" and "What do you like about us?"). Honestly, those were hard to stretch out for 2 minutes, especially after I'd already talked about most of what I knew about the company in the first question. The other questions were more straightforward because they were about me and my experiences (Like, "Tell me about a time when XXX happened?" or "What do you bring to the business?").
