The interview process involved two initial screening calls, the first with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. After that, there was a technical interview involving the director, other senior BAs, and the tech lead. The final interview was conducted by the COO and project director. The entire process spanned approximately two months.

I applied online and then HR emailed and called me back. HR then set up a video interview for me to meet online with two people from the department. The interview felt like a fishing expedition for ideas; I wonder how many interviews they do to get free info.

Behavioral Presentation

I think this company is extremely unprofessional, I was given a job offer and it was rescinded. I went in for what I thought was the Senior Instructional Designer role for one one-hour interview with a group. After the interview, I learned that the title and responsibilities would be changed. They made me an offer but would not negotiate at all. This company is very inflexible and seems to want only task takers. I wanted a follow-up call with the hiring manager, but was denied. After my request for follow-up via email or phone, my offer was rescinded. This company does not offer any telework or remote work options, which I think is important for work-life balance in this modern day and age, unlike other major corporations that offer flex schedules and telework. I do not understand how an offer is rescinded simply because I asked for a follow-up. I wanted to discuss the hiring manager's leadership/management style and how performance is assessed. These were reasonable questions. I'm very glad I didn't accept.
