I put in an application online and then had a chat over the phone with Jaclyn. She was super nice and took the time to answer all the things I wanted to know. In the end, I took a job with a company that was closer to where I live.

The interview process was super quick from the initial phone call to the first in-person meeting. Both parts went great, and when I asked about the timeline, they said it would be fast. I felt really comfortable and answered everything. They mentioned I'd meet more people. A lot of people on Glassdoor have the same experience, and it's true - I sent follow-up emails and never heard back, even after they promised they would respond. It seems like the operations manager and CEO lack professionalism and experience to run things properly. They either don't hire or are too scared to bring in competent people. I still haven't gotten a response after a month and multiple emails.

I had a phone interview and then an onsite interview. The onsite was in a storage room with all the clothes for delivery, which made a bad first impression. The interviewer seemed surprised by my salary expectations of 45k. I was told to expect a call from the manager later that week, but never got one. A week after the onsite, I saw the job reposted with hourly wages of $15-18/hr. It was disrespectful not to get a rejection email after an onsite. They didn't disclose the wage during the process, which was disingenuous. Not having a proper office space for interviews is a red flag.

I had a phone interview, then an in-person with two regional managers. I sent a thank you email and two more follow-ups over a month, but heard nothing back. I was ghosted and got no response to emails or feedback from the in-person interview. Very unprofessional and frustrating.
