The interview process was easy, they made time for me and everyone was very friendly and helpful regarding hours and other things. So I would definitely recommend it to others who want to work here as a cashier, sales associate, etc., depending on what you want.

The application was arranged through the temp agency. When I signed up with them, I was immediately offered the Hema position. In principle, I could have had an interview the same day. The actual interview took place a week later. The application was more about who you are, what education you had, and why you wanted to work at HEMA. Plus, how many hours you wanted to work.

You submit a form with your CV at customer service. After a while, they call you to see if you want to come for an interview. Some questions are asked during the interview, and about a week later you get the final call about whether you're hired or not. If hired, you can come to the office quite quickly (in the same week) to sign your contract and collect your clothing and badge. Then you'll be scheduled for the next planning and can start!
