- Do you have any relevant experience?
Verkoopmedewerker
The process was nice. They used harver, so it was very accessible with videos explaining what you would do as a sales representative. The conversation with the manager was very nice and clear. After the conversation, I was immediately hired and started the onboarding right away.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- Could you tell me about your weaknesses?
- What are your weaknesses?
Retail Associate
The application process went well. The communication was clear and the people were friendly. However, the onboarding was difficult because it was only done by other store employees instead of 'permanent' staff. But the application itself was fine. There were no difficult questions or tests. It was more of an introductory conversation. If you came across as presentable, you had a good chance of being hired. There was also room for questions from your side, like working hours, etc.
- Do you have prior experience?
