I applied for the Client Success Manager role via an employee referral and got a call the next day for an interview. I then met with the department head and team lead, and we talked about the kind of people they're looking for at Helpside. It was a really thorough and engaging interview where I learned a lot more about the job and the perks of working there.

Applied online and got a call for an in-person interview. First up was a 45-minute sit-down with the VP of Risk Management and the CEO. A few days later, they rang me for a second round. This time, it was an hour with four folks: the VP of Risk Management, CEO, CFO, and COO. That interview also had a part where I had to give a presentation to show how I'd train people.

I first chatted with a team lead, then I spoke with the Sales Manager. They asked some standard questions to see if I would be a good fit and if I would enjoy it here. It was very professional and prepared, but they also kept it conversational.

The interview process was really laid-back. I spoke with the payroll supervisor and the director of payroll, and they made me feel at ease. The whole thing took about three weeks, and I'm thrilled to have had the chance to be part of such a great team.
