The interview process had 2 stages. Both were virtual, but this was during COVID, so it might have changed to in-person now. The interview was with the branch manager. It felt more informal, and they made me feel relaxed.

Behavioral Presentation

You'll start with a one-on-one Zoom call where we introduce you to the company. Then, there's an assessment, followed by a presentation of that assessment. After that, you'll interview with the hiring manager and the Head of Marketing. If you pass that, you'll come in for an interview at the office. The final step is an interview with one of the directors.

They didn't tell me I needed to bring documents to the first interview. The next week, when I brought the documents they said I needed, they told me I had to add more things or bring other documents they hadn't mentioned before. Then I had to call them many times for an update, and they kept putting me off, telling me to call back later. They never got back to me at all, not even to say I wasn't successful. It was really unprofessional and disorganized at the Dulwich and Croydon branches.

First, a recruiter or HR person will reach out to set up a phone interview, just to see if you're a good fit. This call usually goes for 15-30 minutes and will ask about your background, what skills you have, and why you're interested in the job. They might also ask about your resume, what makes you want to apply, and if you'd fit in with the company. If you do well, they'll move you to the next step.
