Homecare RN
Had a phone interview with the recruiter first. The director is the final interviewer. The interview process length is slow. Work does not begin until approximately one month after applying for the position and interviewing.

Recruiter
applied online 8/21, scheduled an interview online 8/22. Had an initial pre-screen call with a Senior Recruiter over the phone, and the next step was a virtual interview with the Field Recruitment Manager. No follow-up, feedback, or next steps were ever received from the Recruiter.

Data Detective
So I'm not gonna waste your time with this company. The first step was a recruiter call which went great, and then I had an in-person with a manager. I get there and the manager didn't even know what job I was interviewing for. Big red flag, but we interviewed anyway. It went okay, and she said she'd pass my info to the recruiter for a reference check. If references checked out, I'd hear back in a week for another interview with her manager, then meet the team. It all sounded so good, I was really excited. Two weeks passed, so I emailed her to see if she needed anything since she said a week at the latest. No response. Then three weeks went by, so I reached out to the recruiter. She said, 'Thank you so much for your interest. We will not be moving forward at this time.' The manager telling me one thing and the recruiter another felt like a waste of my time. No explanation, just that. It was a bad experience overall.

QMRP
I applied online and heard back the next day from the area director who scheduled an interview. I met with both the area director and the state director. It was a straightforward process where they did most of the talking and asked me a few things. They mainly wanted to know if I could handle the job duties and if I had any connections in the field. Since they're focused on growing the company, knowing people like case managers was key. I had to fill out a paper application and submit copies of my education, CPR certs, TB tests, driver's license, and auto insurance. They also did a background check. I was told I'd have a second interview with the VP, but it didn't happen. I got my offer within about two weeks.
- Do you know anyone connected to IPMG, or are you familiar with them?
