Had an initial call with the recruiter to talk about my background, then I spoke with the hiring manager who asked only behavioral questions, no technical stuff. I decided to withdraw my application before the final interview with the Director.

Mixed feelings. I had two stages of interviews. The second one was so amazing—she made it feel like I was speaking to a friend. With fashion companies it's more about who you get along with rather than hard design skills (many people have that) so I thought I did great. However, after the interview I reached out to the hiring manager and she never responded back. That was extremely frustrating as candidates deserve a rejection notice for their time, it makes the company looks extremely unprofessional.
