First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HelmsBriscoe.
Account Manager
They wanted me to work for free for 100% commission, with NO salary and NO Benefits. I told them I would start my own business . I asked the recruiter if she worked for free?
- Would you be willing to work for free, without any benefits, and solely on commission?
Global Accounts Manager
We started with a 30-40 minute phone call where we talked about the job, how it's structured, and the pay. Since it's a work-from-home job, they also asked about my home setup, including hardware, software, and my environment.
- Would you be okay with a job that is entirely commission-based right now?
Consultant
It was a straightforward and quick process. I had a small assignment to complete and then an interview with the hiring manager. They were very nice and patient. They don't seem to care much about your past experience, only if you're eager to join their network.
- How would you go about onboarding new clients?
Sales Executive
The recruiter was super communicative and nice. She told me about the role and made sure I understood the non-traditional pay structure. She seemed really to care about me and took her time explaining everything.
- What markets have you covered in your current role?
