Accountant
HR first looked at my profile and shortlisted me. Then, they set up an online test which I passed. After that, I was called in for a face-to-face interview with the domain manager. The interviewer seemed uninterested and upset, possibly due to personal reasons. He asked about 15-16 questions covering accounting topics and general daily accounting tasks. I answered 12-13 questions correctly, but it felt like he had already decided not to hire anyone that day, maybe because he was looking for someone 'perfect' or had some 'preconceived notion.' I gave my best effort, but it wasn't enough for him, this 'pessimist.' I hope things get better for him personally.
- Can you explain payroll entries?
- What are VAT entries?
- Tell me about depreciation.
QA Engineer
The interview had 4 rounds. First was an aptitude test, then 2 technical rounds, and finally an HR round. The aptitude test covered reasoning, logic, and time/work problems. The technical rounds focused on JAVA OOPS and SQL.

- Questions on logic
- Questions on time and work
Business Development Manager
The hiring process was very active and thoughtful. I went through 2 rounds, and it was conducted and scheduled perfectly. The HR team was very supportive and assisted me throughout the process. No extra time was taken, and things were very transparent.
- Can you share details about your experience in sales and business development?
