The interview process was really easy and professional, with questions that were friendly but direct, all about making sure I understood the job. They offered me a second interview right after with other people from the company, like HR.

I really liked how Helm did their interviews. The process was super straightforward, professional, and way more relaxed than other places I've interviewed. It kicked off with a quick phone chat about the job details, and then there were two in-person interviews. The first was with two HR folks, and the second was with one HR person and one of the managers I'd be working with. The person who first called me and did the phone interview was at both of the in-person ones, which was great. It made things feel less awkward and intimidating.

The interview process was really long. I had to interview with people who didn't seem qualified to judge my job skills. It took 4 weeks to get an offer, and then another 3 weeks to finalize the offer details. It was a long process, to say the least.

Had a chat with HR. They asked standard interview questions and about my leadership preferences. They didn't really try to sell the company to me. I would have passed on an offer anyway.
