It was a pretty casual one-on-one interview, like a normal conversation. The interviewer was really nice the whole time and asked behavioral questions. There were two rounds in total. The first round was more casual, and then the second round was with a manager. I think they just wanted to check if our personalities fit and if we were good candidates. Good luck!

So I interviewed at HS twice. First time, I did a writing test and then they ghosted me. Like, if someone does an assignment for you, you should at least respond. We do these tests for free, so it's really inconsiderate not to. I suspect they steal our ideas. They need to do better.

First I talked with HR, and after that, I met with each person on the team individually. It took about a week and a half for the whole thing. Everyone I met was great and seemed to really like their jobs. It wasn't stressful at all, and the interviews often went longer than planned because we just got to chatting. They were really into hearing about what people were passionate about outside of work. All in all, it was a good experience.

The recruiter first reached out for a phone screen, which I felt went well. After that, I had three more interviews over video call, one of which was with the SVP Creative. The whole process spanned about a month. After that, there was silence. I never heard back, and even after I sent a follow-up email asking for an update, I was completely ghosted. I've been involved in hiring before, and it honestly takes minimal effort to let candidates know where things stand. It's part of the job, so to just ghost people is really unprofessional and, frankly, disrespectful.
