It was a smooth, clear, and quick interview process. There were 3 interviews in total, all in English. I spoke with the lead, a manager in Europe, and a manager in CR. They asked about my experience, examples, and incoterms. The people were kind and made me feel comfortable, not nervous.

The interview process was based on two rounds. It included a personal test, a behavioral test, and questions about SAP processes. They also asked good and time questions about the company, seeking better opportunities and good vocabulary. Good average speaking knowledge was also evaluated.

The interview started on time. However, it seemed like the hiring manager for this position wasn't really interested in the conversation, apart from the HR person who was actively moving the interview along. She was mostly quiet the entire time and only responded when prompted by HR to answer my questions. She didn't answer my questions and I felt disrespected as a candidate.

First, you need to email your CV. Then, there will be two phone calls. The first call is with the HR manager from the main office in the country you're applying to. The second call is with the branch manager of the internship location. If both managers like your answers, you'll get the job. They also check your Facebook profile and make judgments based on your appearance.
