It was a pretty standard initial screening with basic questions. Nothing about the interview process specifically went poorly. I was told afterwards that a lot of my qualifications and experiences lined up with what they were looking for, and that I would likely hear from the hiring manager in 1-2 business days with some information on how they were going to proceed. One week after the initial interview, I emailed the representative I spoke with and they said they were still waiting to hear from the hiring manager. Two weeks after the initial interview, I emailed again, and they said that the pay range they initially outlined for this role ($50k-$70k based on experience, etc.) was now a maximum of $60k. It was a long, drawn out process with very little communication, incorrect information given, and a lot of frustration.

It wasn't stressful at all. I just sent my CV and got called up. There were about 12 of us candidates, and the interviewer was really friendly, as were the other employees. You get there, get interviewed, and you're out of there super fast.

Had an interview with HR first to make sure I was a good fit. Then I interviewed with the VP, followed by the president. They had me fill out some paperwork for background checks, which also helps them identify candidates with reading comprehension issues. I met the president mainly as a formality because my contact was a friend and they were having a hard time filling this role.
