Application Support
I went into a meeting room with the product owner. The questions were straightforward, mainly focusing on my past work experience and my time at university. Overall, I found the process to be quite simple.
- Can you discuss your previous work experiences and what you gained from your university education?
HR Intern
The interview was super short, like not even 10 minutes, and the vibe was just off. They seemed more interested in pushing me towards customer care or some other role from the get-go. My university assigned me to this internship, but after the interview, they ghosted me and didn't reply to calls from the program's secretary either. About 4 months later, I got a random call asking if I was still interested, which made it seem like they'd forgotten I'd even had an interview. It's funny because a classmate interviewed before me that day had a totally different, way better experience.
- How do your Bachelor studies relate to the internship?
- Considering you're now an MSc student in a different field, how does that relate to the internship?
- Could you tell me where the room you're in is located?
Customer Success Representative
The process was pretty straightforward. They wanted to know if I was eager to learn and what my career goals were. There's a month-long training program to get you up to speed on the job and how things work. Good news is, they don't require a super high academic background; a Bachelor's is preferred but a Master's isn't a must for this specific position. Being good at communication is a big deal since you'll be talking to clients a lot and helping them out.
- Why are you interested in this specific job?
- What are your career goals for the next five years?
Project Manager
It was a 3 round interview process. First was with HR and the hiring manager, second with the director, and the third with HR for the offer. It was of average difficulty and a nice experience overall. They gave fast results and the offer was close to what I requested, though below the market average. The process was transparent and they've made a lot of improvements in the last few months.
- Tell me about your technical background.
- Can you describe your experience relevant to this role?
