Airforce Pilot
To become an airforce pilot, you first gotta pass some physical and psychological tests. Then, there's a screening test where you'll be in a situation with other candidates and have to deal with a dilemma, like choosing between money or glory.
- What makes you want to be an Airforce Pilot?
- Tell me why you want to be an Airforce Pilot.
Finance Officer
The team was great, and the Calender was responsive. Feedback and referencing were timely. The job description was relevant to the interview questions. Just a heads-up, if you don't report a reasonable suspicion of fraud, it could lead to disciplinary action, even termination, because you'd be seen as tolerating improper activity.
- Can you describe the various aspects of this role and your approach to teamwork?
- How do you collaborate effectively with different teams?
Officer
The screening process takes about 3 days. Only two to ten people pass this interview. It's very stressful because you have many tasks to complete in a short amount of time.
- What led you to join the HAF?
