It was a pretty thorough and professional interview process. First, there was a technical phone screen, and then I had an in-person interview. They asked questions about basic electrical engineering concepts, how to solve problems, and how I'd use my skills in practice. The people on the team were nice, and it felt like a place where people work together. All in all, it was a good experience, and they kept me updated.

So, the interview was like, two parts. First, I met with the office leader. It was a cool chat where we talked about the job and my background. After a bit, they had me come back for another interview. This time, there were like 7 people there – the HR person and some higher-ups. It felt more like an interrogation, honestly. They were firing questions from everywhere, super fast, not really a conversation. The topics jumped around and it was hard to keep up. I barely got to ask my own questions.

Got a call from HR and scheduled an interview. They told me I'd meet three people. When I got there, HR led me to a conference room, offered me a drink, and said the interviewers would be right in. The three interviewers came in after a bit and asked standard interview questions. It turned into a conversation about me and them. The whole thing was about an hour. The lead interviewer said they were interviewing 7 more people and he'd call me after that. All three were professional and nice, and clearly knew their stuff and were into it.

So, there was a small issue with my first email from HED about setting up an interview, but they were nice enough to call and check if I got it. Within a week, I met with the two people who would be my direct supervisors, and the next day, they told me they wanted a second interview the following week. The second interview started with two office managers, and then I met with two of my potential peers. About a week after that, I got a call offering me the job!
