I put in my application through the Heathrow site and answered some basic questions about why I want to work there. About a month later, the recruitment team called me to go over some details. Two days after that, I got another call inviting me for an interview that included a presentation. They emailed me all the info. The interview itself was an hour and a half long, with 15 minutes for my presentation and another 15 minutes for questions about it. The rest of the time was spent on competency-based questions. The two people interviewing me were really nice and helped me relax, as I was pretty nervous at first.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process started with a phone call, then an online personality test, and finally an in-person interview. The personality test was the Saville Professional Styles one, which raised some red flags for me. The face-to-face interview was at Heathrow and lasted about two and a half hours. The interviewer seemed a bit uneasy and wasn't super organized with things like room bookings. I had to prepare and give a presentation about testing and then answer questions. After that, there were general questions about my CV and past experience, with a second interviewer from the program management team joining in. The whole thing felt really long, and a lot of the questions were repeated and got pretty tiring.

The interview went great. Objective with good questions and the interviewers were very friendly. It took one phone call with HR and one face to face with the hiring manager.
