First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Heartland (NY).
Receptionist
It was a cool interview at the official website of the Municipal Hall of Bolsa Feminina and I scheduled a provisional one to follow the Brazilian supplier for the Northeast, which is very expensive, Bolsa Gois if you join with your head on your shoulder.
- Various questions were asked of me
Relationship Manager
It started with a phone interview, then a 2-hour in-person meeting. They then set up another interview for others to join, which will be a day-long "ride along" before I'm an employee. It seems like they want my leads, which I'm not comfortable with. This next step feels shady and could lead to legal issues for the company. Candidates should be aware.
- How many warm leads do you currently possess?
Payroll Representative
I was in for a group interview. They had me sign in and then gave me timed accuracy worksheets and word problems. After that, two people interviewed me.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company and our work?
- What would you say is your weakest quality?
- What is your ultimate career aspiration?
General Dentist
The interview process started with a phone call, and then there was a webcam interview. The hardest part was scheduling the webcam interview because everyone had to be available at the same time. It took around two weeks to set up.
- What led you to a career in dentistry?
