I sent in my application on the internet. A recruiter emailed me later to schedule a call. In the call, the recruiter told me a salary range that was way lower than what was posted on the job listing. I had the job posting on their site up, so I asked her about it. She told me the lower range was indeed correct. I decided not to move forward with the process then because the salary wouldn't meet my needs and I was worried about other info being wrong or misleading later on.

The interview process kicked off with a full hour phone interview with the regional manager. It was insightful and focused on cultural fit, and the time flew by. I had plenty of chances to ask questions. Following that, I completed an online skills assessment that included math and problem-solving questions, which felt a bit stressful due to the time limit. A few days later, I had a zoom call with the regional manager and someone from corporate. This round was intense but I felt well-prepared. They asked very thought-provoking questions, and I again had the opportunity to ask questions. Be sure to come prepared with your own questions! I received the job offer three days after that, and then the onboarding process began, which was very organized.
