The first phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. It was very informative about the 10-week program and described the workplace culture as inclusive, especially for women. It was more behavioral questions than skill-based.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The interview process was really welcoming and organized. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful, from the first phone screen all the way to the final interview. The main interview was with a group of decision-makers. It felt more like a chat than a tough interrogation. I felt comfortable and could explain how my skills would help the company. I also noticed that people seemed to really enjoy working at Heartland, which made me want the job even more.
